Child Safety Standards

22-LIFE is committed to protecting children and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Who 22-LIFE is for

22-LIFE is a community built for adults — U.S. military veterans and first responders. The app is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. Member eligibility is reviewed as part of our verification process.

What we prohibit

We strictly prohibit, and act against, any of the following:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit or harm a minor.
Sharing, requesting, linking to, or facilitating access to CSAE or CSAM.

Any account found violating these standards is permanently removed.

Reporting and enforcement

In the app: every post, comment, and profile can be reported with our built-in report tools, and users can block other members.
By email: report concerns to support@22-life.com.
We review reports promptly, remove violating content, and ban offending accounts.
We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, including obligations to prevent, detect, remove, and report CSAE and CSAM.
